Absolutely! All of Jehovah's worshippers want God's will to be done. Jehovah's will is that there should be no wicked ones anywhere in existence.
Again the question of the moment is do you HAVE to worship and praise God every living, breathing moment under the threat of death if you fail to do so? Your answer is yes, based on your "take" on the Scriptures. Other people are pointing out here that a confident God, one who already was satisfied before he created anyone else, wouldn't necessarily need such constant doting and ego-boosting.
Apostate Dubs may enjoy blaspheming Jehovah by casting him either as a maniacal mass murderer or a ego-driven bully. But why even discuss a topic like whether God wants or neeeds to be worshipped if you imagine that God doesn't even exist. If the original poster thought Jehovah didn't exist then it becomes quite absurd to consider whether a non-existent deity wants to be worshipped. If though a person believes that God lives, than his being King of eternity, as the Scriptures describe, is the only reasonable answer to the question of how Jehovah came about. Otherwise the questions never end, becuase if Jehovah had a beginning, than the question arises who created the Creator. Jehovah doesn't NEED to be worshiped. As a matter of fact, Jehovah lived forever before he created any creature to worship him. So it is not a matter of his need. However, humans have a need to worship God. Every person has an inborn tendency to worship. In most people though that tendency is perverted into worshipping someone or something other than the Creator. As far a Jehovah wanting or willing that his creatures worship him, that is why God created intelligent creatures in the first place. Those who actually worship God and who seek to know him consider it a privilege to do so. Obviously, though, there are many who are filled with hatred for their Creator, and we who worship God are in agreement with God's judgment that such creatures should not forever exist and enjoy God's gift of life with no regard for the Giver. / You Know

For one thing, this world is going to end whether you or I feel like it's the right thing or not. It is simply irreversably destined to occur by the immutable word of Jehovah. For example, the scriptures foretell that the wicked will become like manure on the ground. So, in effect, those who refuse Jehovah's provision for salvation become fertilizer for the flowers of paradise. Literally they become part of the new earth by becoming compost. Of course, Jehovah is not simply going to come out of the clear blue sky and start slaughtering innocent men, women, and children. That's nonsense, and worse---blasphemous. But, like Hitler's Final Solution, which involved a somewhat laborious industry of systematically annihilating several million Jews, and others, the looming ultimate final solution will similarly employ a human genocidal element. Apostate fools, and the world in general, are oblivious to Jehovah's judgments that call for this evil system to implode upon itself in a ghastly genocidal holocast on a much grander scale then has ever occurred. At present it is popular for apostate Dubs to consider themselves to be morally superior to Jehovah God and Christ Jesus, whom apostates consider to be murderers, but when Jehovah's judgment unleashes this world's sanctioned killer it will become evident that you have misplaced your trust. / You Know

They, as dubs, are the worst hypocritical people I have ever met. At least my "worldly" relatives owned up to their failings and admitted they were not perfect.
There is a lot of hypocrisy among Jehovah's Witnesses and the way this thing is going to play out is that Jehovah is going to weed out a pretty sizable percentage of those who presently imagine that they are part of the so-called great crowd. I expect that the majority of JWs will not make the grade when the chips are down.

The big deal is a new world. You would probably be thrilled if some billionaire guy walked up to you and gave you the keys to your dream home, right? Several hundred years ago Europeans were thrilled at the prospect of getting out from under oppresive kings and grinding poverty and coming to the new world of the Americas. That was a big deal for them, and it changed the entire course of history. Of course the same problems redeveloped because civilization wasn't really reformed at it's core. But, Jehovah's new world will be a total remake. The possibilities are limitless and beyond imagining.
Your attempt to control people through such a simple plan (live forever, never get old, etc.) is apparently very effective.
